American Income Life Insurance Company Lay-Off Waiver

For Teamsters Local 436 Members ONLY who have purchased additional Insurance through American Income Life and have been laid off due to COVID-19. You can print out and mail in the attached waiver to American Income Life so you will not have to pay your premiums while you are laid off up to three (3) months. Please see the attached link below for the form you will need to fill out and submit to American Income Life.
